The place was luxury, spotless, had perfect staff and location. Easy check-in, just what we needed. There were excellent internet and complimentary parking available. It was perfect 10/10 time in New York.

luxurious hotel with marvellous service and perfect location just next door to manhattan, soho, restaurant. i loved that the room was modern looking and came with a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an iron. breakfast was tasty and there was lots of food to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay in a long time. Pleasant location with pleasant views, very supportive staff. It was nice having iron/ironing board and slippers. We got a warm room and fantastic service. Clean and functional hotel in Manhattan district.

Everything was great and fairly clean, I loved location and rooms. Positioned in the great area, near to subways and Times Square. And it also had magnificent view. They had a fast check-in too.

I had a quite comfortable stay, thank you so much! Fancy and clean venue, good for celebrating anniversary. I slept so comfy in the big bed. It was beautiful and the bathroom was best.

I loved it, it was unforgettable. Affable staff, great bar. The view from the deluxe queen room was splendid. The breakfast had plenty of good options, and was fresh made. Late check-out too.
Downside was the air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.
